HETA KUCHKALife Goes On 11.3.2005 – 27.3.2005

"Life goes on" is an exhibition that comprises a series of colour photographs and a video work. The idea for the works comes from facing new situations in life and the reshaping of individual identity after a relationship has ended.

The photos depict everyday events. Alone or together - at least in thought! The video records a conveyor belt wedding. The behaviour between people reveals they are not really lovers. They are only playing a role game, the results of which look deceptively like photos of authentic weddings.
