Room Full of Pictures

The picture unfurls toward me. I look and pass into the space.

My works are structures, in front of the camera and on the surface of the image. My work involves moving parts around in a manner reminiscent of discussion; combining. Seeing, removing and handling the details are all part of comprehension. Parts of images move; thought, emotion moves. For a moment, systems, scale models of the mind, come together. The simultaneousness of several places is possible, the different scales unite, the details write stories.

The pictures have movement and wind. Rain falls gently on the table, a scrap in the picture is left on the tablecloth. I am here and elsewhere at the same time. Edges and boundaries give birth to a new form.
